Sangria with sea buckthorn berry beer

Preparation

• Fill an Unibroue glass with ice and add all ingredients in order.

• Slowly pour the beer and sparkling water in a large pitcher. Add the red wine, orange peel liqueur, lemon juice, strawberries and ice cubes. Stir gently.

• Serve the sangria well chilled.

6 servings (about 50 oz or 1.5 liters – 6 cups)

 

• 1 Éphémère Sea Buckthorn Berry beer, by Unibroue, 25 oz or 750 ml

• 8 oz or 250 ml (1 cup) sparkling water

• 8 oz or 250 ml (1 cup) red wine

• 4 oz or 125 ml (½ cup) orange peel liqueur (Triple Sec type)

• 1 oz or 30 ml (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice

• 8 oz or 250 ml (1 cup) sliced strawberries

• A few ice cubes
