- 1 oz. gin
- ¾ oz. cane syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice
Steps
1- Put ice and all ingredients except the beer into a shaker. Mix vigorously.
2- Filter the mix into a Maudite glass or a highball glass full of ice, and add the beer.
3- Garnish with lemon zest.
