Enhance your cooked lobster with this legendary butter recipe prepared with Blanche de Chambly and lemon!

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold butter, cubed

  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) Blanche de Chambly

  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and melt the butter. Add the beer and the lemon juice and mix.

  2. Add the garlic and the shallot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring, to soften.

  3. Remove from heat, add the fresh parsley and season generously with salt and pepper. Serve with lobster.
