• Blanche de Chambly Poire beer
• 1.5 oz gin
• 1 oz pear nectar
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 8–10 fresh coriander leaves

Garnish

• 1 coriander leaf

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, except the beer.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. Double strain using a fine strainer into a glass filled with ice or over a large ice cube.
4. Top with beer and stir gently with a spoon.
5. Garnish with a coriander leaf.
