  • 4 oz. Eau Bénite
  • ¾ oz. gin
  • ¾ oz. cane syrup
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 2 strawberries

Steps

  1. Lightly squeeze the fruit into a shaker, add ice and all other ingredients except for the beer. Mix vigorously.
  2. Filter the mix in a tumbler full of ice, and add the beer.
  3. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon zest.
