An apricot version of a well known cocktail. We revisit it with Blanche de Chambly Abricot adding a nice fruity taste to start the night out right.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Blanche de Chambly Abricot
  • 1 ½ oz. simple syrup
  • ½ oz. lemon juice

Steps

  1. Pour all ingredients in a Blanche de Chambly Abricot glass or champagne flute half filled with ice, adding the beer last.
  2. Garnish with dried apricot, an orange slice and fresh mint
