  • 4 oz. Trois Pistoles
  • 2 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ egg white

Steps

  1. Put ice in a shaker, add all the ingredients except the beer, and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain the mixture t into a Trois Pistoles glass or pint glass filled with ice, and add the beer.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest
