L'infiltrée IPA
AVAILABLE YEAR LONG
Bold and astringent, it personifies the perfect fusion of spicy and peppery, reminiscent of our classic Belgian signature, and the typical aromatic intensity and bitterness of IPAs. Its dry hopping provides pine and citrus flavours and a delectably insatiable dry, resinous finish.
This beer refers to the legend of the Fort Chambly spy knight, a mysterious French knight who infiltrated the British, thus saving the colony. His gold ring, symbol of his loyalty, remains hidden to this day.

This beer provides notes of pine and citrus, such as grapefruit. Peppery, spicy hints, typical of Belgian beers, blend with the hops’ fresh, resinous aromas.
Flavor
On the palate, the typical IPA bitterness is prominent, balanced by spicy and peppery flavors. Pine and citrus are dominant, followed by a dry, resinous, lingering finish that prompts another sip.
