  • 6 oz. Saison Libre
  • ½ oz. peach liquor
  • ½ oz. tequila
  • 2 oz. equal parts simple syrup and lime juice.

Steps

  1. Coat the rim of the glass with cajun spices.
  2. In a shaker, add ice, and all the ingredients except the beer, and mix vigorously.
  3. Pour into a margarita glass and add the beer.
  4. Garnish with lime or orange zest and cajun spices.
