Blueberry ice pops with lime zest and Éphémère Blueberry

Ice pops

• 2 cups fresh blueberries

• 1 cup milk

• 1/2 cup of Éphémère Blueberry

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1 tbsp honey

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• Zest from one lime

Preparation

• Pour 1 ½ cup of blueberries in an electric mixer and add the rest of the ingredients. 

• Reduce to a purée and pour in a large cup.

• Add the remainder of the blueberries and stir. 

• Pour the mix into ice pop trays, insert sticks and place in freezer for a minimum of 8 hours.
