Fermentation: High

Golden and complex beer made from Belgian yeast. Bold aromas and bitterness of a Belgian IPA. The fusion of two cultures.

Just as French explorers discovering the inner continent with the help of the aboriginal people, it’s your turn to venture upon uncharted territory.

History

This beer is brewed in honour of the French and especially French-Canadian explorers who extended the boundaries of New France to the fullest. For more than a hundred years and thanks to the invaluable help of the Aboriginal peoples they encountered, daring men continued to seek a passage to the "China Sea".

Their multiple journeys within the continent lead them to the edge of the Rocky Mountains. They were the first non-Aboriginal people to travel down the Mississippi River to its mouth, where they founded Louisiana.
