  • 4 oz. Blanche de Chambly beer

  • 4 Fresh raspberries + extra

  • 1 oz. Simple syrup

  • ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz. Gin (optional)

Steps

  1. Muddle the fruits in simple syrup, add the remaining ingredients (except the beer) and a few ice cubes.
  2. Mix vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass.
  3. Top with the beer.
