Le Coup De Grâce

Ingredients

  • 473 ml Blanche de Chambly Bleuet beer by Unibroue
  • 2 boxes of blueberries (2 x 170 g)
  • The zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • Popsicle mold + wooden sticks

Steps

  1. Put the beer in a blender or mixer and mix for 2 minutes to remove as much carbon dioxide as possible.
  2. Pour into the popsicle mold and put it in the freezer for 1 ½ hours.
  3. Add the sticks and leave in the freezer for 3 hours or, even better, overnight.
  4. Rinse under hot water to remove from mold!
