Le Coup de Grâce

Ingredients

  • 473 ml Blanche de Chambly Bleuet beer by Unibroue
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups Coaticook Marbled Caramel Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Whipped cream


Steps

  1. Put the beer in a blender or mixer and mix for 2 minutes to remove as much carbon dioxide as possible.
  2. Aside from the whipped cream, add the rest of the ingredients and puré.
  3. Pour into glasses and top generously with whipped cream!
