Once the beer correctly served, observe carefully the color of the beer and distinguish the subtleties of the color in comparison to other beers.

The color of the beer is mostly a function of the type of malt used during brewing. For example, a wheat malt is very pale and is used in Blanche de Chambly, compared to roasted malt as used in Maudite.
