| Recommended Foods |
Smoked fish, white meats and soft cheeses such as Brie, Triple Crème and Camembert. |
Fringante is a beer of great distinction produced by traditional top fermentation methods resulting in a rich, smooth texture and a full-bodied flavour. The Champagne like effervescence is the result of a natural secondary fermentation in the bottle obtained by the use of a carefully selected yeast culture. The strong personality of this beer is furthermore underlined by a delicate balance of noble hops and spices that delight the palette.
The notes of exotic spice blend superbly with fruity notes of the yeast reminiscent of apple and citrus. This perfect marriage contributes toward the full-bodied but refreshing impression that this beer leaves in the mouth.
