To celebrate the 11th Anniversary, Unibroue has just launched a very unique top re-fermented beer with a 11% Alcohol Content.

Only available for this event, it will be presented as a special edition, brown 750ml bottle (25.4oz) with golden engraved lettering denoting "UNIBROUE 11".

In the best tradition of Unibroue beers, the 11 is produced using only 100% natural ingredients and its sparkle is obtained by a secondary fermentation in the bottle. It possesses a copper golden colour and a subtle bitterness.

A rich aroma, reminiscent of ripe fruit and fig, is accompanied by a delicate spicy after note. The taste is complex and its body more than generous. This unique strong beer is warm and intriguing whilst remaining smooth and delicate.

With its 11% Alcohol, "11" is the highest alcohol content beer in Quebec. Produced in limited quantity and sold for a very minimal price for its quality, only about 6000 cases of this special brew will be sold. Of these, 3500 cases will be distributed in the Province of Quebec and the remaining 2500 cases will be available for exportation.
