Blanche de Chambly Chicken Marinade

Beer: Blanche de Chambly

Preparation: 10 minutes

Yield: 2 cups

 

Ingredients:

- 12 oz. Blanche de Chambly

- 4 tbsp. olive oil

- 2 tbsp. soy sauce

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

 

Preparation:

- Combine all ingredients and brush mixture over chicken directly on the grill.

- For even tastier results, marinate chicken 1 to 4 hours in the fridge before cooking.


Variation:

- Replace Blanche de Chambly with Maudite or Ephemere Apple.
