Beer: Don de Dieu

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour

- 2 tsp. baking soda

- ½ cup lard

- 1 cup Don de Dieu beer

- ¾ lb. salt pork, cubed

- 1 ½ lb. salmon, boned and uncooked or canned

- 2/3 cup onions, chopped

- 2 cups potatoes, sliced

- Herbs to taste

- Salt and pepper to taste
