White Squall



3 oz of Blanche de Chambly

¾ oz of London Dry Gin

¾ oz of Bianco Vermouth

¾ oz of Elderflower Cordial

¾ oz of fresh lemon juice

2 dashes of lemon bitters


  • Shake all ingredients, double strain into wine glass or champagne flute, top with Blanche de Chambly.
  • Garnish with lemon twist.
