The Blonde and the Mojito

6 oz Blonde de Chambly

3/4 oz Cane syrup

3/4 oz White Rum

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1 Handful of fresh mint leaves

 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients except for the Blonde de Chambly in a Boston type glass and pound the mint lightly. 
  • Add ice and pour 6 oz of Blanche de Chambly.
  • Garnish with a head of mint.
