3 oz Maudite
1 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Cane syrup
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 Egg white
- Fill a highball type glass with ice and pour 3 oz of Maudite.
- In a mixing glass, add the other ingredients, ice and mix vigorously.
- Filter with a cocktail strainer into the highball containing the Maudite.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
