Indian Summer

Ingredients:
- 100 ml of Blonde de Chambly
- 100 ml mineral water San Pellegrino aranciata rossa (blood orange)
- A bunch of fresh mint

Preparation:
- In a glass, crush a bunch of fresh mint (mojito way).
- Add ice to half.
- Pour water San Pellegrino, followed by Blonde de Chambly.
- Insert a straw and enjoy!
