Ginger Elle


4 oz Blonde de Chambly

3/4 oz Brandy 

3/4 oz Cane syrup

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

2 Pieces of fresh ginger



  • In a Boston type glass, add all the ingredients except for the Blonde de Chambly and pound the ginger lightly.
  • Add ice and pour 4 oz of Blonde de Chambly.
  • Garnish with pieces of fresh ginger.
