6 oz Éphémère Cherry

3/4 oz White rum

3/4 oz Cane syrup

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

 

Directions:

  • Fill a Boston type glass with ice and pour 6 oz of Éphémère Cherry.
  • In a mixing glass, add the other ingredients, ice and mix vigorously.
  • Filter with a cocktail strainer into the Boston glass containing the Éphémère Cherry.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry.
