Éphémère Cherry Mojito

6 oz Éphémère Cherry

3/4 oz Cane syrup

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1 Handful of fresh mint leaves

 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients except for Éphémère Cherry in a Boston type glass and pound the mint lightly.
  • Add ice and pour 6 oz of Éphémère Cherry.
  • Garnish with a head of mint.
